Question:
when ever we go from one season to the other season i seems to get a throbbing Migraine headache for at least a week, it has been going on for about 9 years now and i can't seem to get and medical explanation for it and i know is not something spiritual or religious. maybe its a gift i need to perfect and understand right now so that my kids can inherit and thier kids so on, for future user or something, funny as it might but to me its something are need answers to.
If there is someone out there who can help me with answer my question
Answers:
it could quite possibly be sinuses and the change in light and pollutants in the air. summer tends to have more smog and bad air which gives headaches. the brightness in the sun changes from season to season which always gives me a headache. try a sinus wash or rinse. it will clear out your sinuses to breathe and feel better.
