Is gaining weight at your first full time job normal?

Question:
Ever since I started my job I have been putting on weight. I am doing a full time summer internship, and although I have not changed my eating habits I have put on weight. I just sit all day long at a computer.. and it is starting to really bother me. When I get off work I am so tired that I do not feel like doing anything. I used to be an active person and a size 4, help me!

Answers:
Unfortunately that is very normal. Best thing to do is to not eat out and to pack your own lunch; tiny portions with snacks in between. Good luck =)
Since I started working 2 years ago. I have gained about 6 pounds and have stayed that way. I also felt very tired at first. But believe it or not I feel better when I exercise. So maybe it's worth getting exercise, especially cardio, after work even though you feel like going right to bed. It might take some time to make you feel active again though.
