Compacted Colon treatments?

Question:
I saw an infomerical aboute getting some pills to remove all the compacted sludge in your digestive tract. It seemed to make sense to me. They said that they could be as much as 45 pounds of the stuff, which seemed like a lot. I did some research and found an urban legends page saying that medically it was impossible. Has anyone bought this stuff and actually had "sludge" flushed out of their system? I'm curious to find out because they want like $90 for this stuff.

Answers:
go to your nearest health food store, they have something for sure, i've bought it before, just can't remember the name. works like a charm!
or go to your nearest pharmacy and buy magnesium citrate.
works like a charm too!
They found about 90 pounds of stuff in John Wayne's colon when he died. I guess you have to become chronically constipated to become a good cowboy?
That thing about John Wayne and the 40 pounds of waste is the stupidest thing I ever heard. No way that is even remotely possible. They have some clear liquid in a green bottle at the grocery store for less than 2 bucks that will wipe whatever you got out. Save your money
Proir to lower intestinal surgery, I had to take a couple pills (from their action, I gathered they were something concocted by Alfred Nobel) and drink a gallon of something like radiator flush. There was the expected amount of intestinal solids (farr less than 45 lbs) and a lot of radiator flush. This process super-cleans the entire tract - no "compacted sludge". The products you mention are nothing but crap - pun intended.
