Answers:
Eat small meals at least 5 times a day and write down what you eat or go to fitday.com and just add the food there and they add it for you This helps me out alot.
1st week eat
1,200 calories
33 fat
90 carbs
135 protein

2nd week go up to
1,600 calories
60 fat
130 carbs
160 protein
Stay on the 2nd week til you reach your goal in weight.
I did this and lost right at 20 pounds in 6 weeks.
I also worked out 3 times a week at Curves.
I have lost a total of 30 pounds and over 30 inches with in a yr.
Best of Luck to u!!
just to let u know its not healthy to lose weight too quickly. Just exercise vigorisly and eat healthier. It takes most ppl a week to lose 5 lbs and that's with ALOT of effort involed. It'll take u AT LEAST a year to lose 70 lbs
good luck :]
Try Medifast for a short term solution, it works fast.
eat healthy and don't pig out, eat all bran to clean your body out and excercise and do more than one workout a day before you eat meals.
That's too much to lose safely and quickly... Eat a healthy diet and exercise daily (vigorously if you want to lose it quickly)
if you lose weight too fast, you will be happy with the scale, but probably not too happy with your body. your skin could hang losely on your body and the only way to get rid of that is plastic surgery. if you lose weight correctly - slowly through diet AND EXERCISE - your skin will be tighter than if you lose it really fast. ask around before you try though.
U cant lose 70 pounds quickly AND safely u have to choose its one or the other lol
A vegetarian diet might help.
