I have a bad habit of slouching my shoulders any one know any ideas of how to berack it?

sit on a chair and have your back str8 up i guess i have the same thing too
They sell a bra-like shoulder thing that wraps around your chest right below your bra and pull your shoulders back you can tighten it as needed
Sit-ups also help to strenthen your stomach to pull back your shoulders.
