I would like to talk to someone who has had roux en y gastric bypass!!?

Question:

I would like to communicate with someone, preferrably female that weighed around 330lbs before surgery. I am about to have this surgery but I have questions that YOU could answer for me. I really want to talk to someone as a support system buddy. are you that person?? please, only serious people that would like to share emails over an extended period of time, should answer.

Hi, I have had the surgery, I had it in Febuary of 2005, I have lost 110 pounds. You should see if there are online support groups for people contemplating or who have had Roux En Y bypass. My ex-wife had it, but she weighed less at the time of surgery. There are definite side effects to the surgery that should be discussed with a doctor.

You should do a web search and see what you can find.
