Will i still grow?

Question:
Hey I am 5'9, 152 pounds and 16 when i was born the doctor said i was to be 6'1 do you believe this is true?

Answers:
My husband was 5'11" when he graduated high school (almost 18) and grew to be 6'3" over the next year or two after that. Guys often hit their growth spurt much later than girls. If you are 16, you definitely still have time to grow, but this doesn't necessarily mean you will. Doctors can make an estimate based on your current height and your parents' heights when you are a baby regarding the height you will be. It isn't foolproof, though. I shouldn't have been over 5'6" and I am almost 5'8".

In short, don't worry:) Height doesn't make the man.
it depends, if you eat a lot of junk and no good foods and drink lots of sodas and other junk then you could possibly not grow any more, but if you eat good food and drink plenty of water you could still grow more
The doctor gave you your potential height based on your mother and father's heights, but you may or may not reach that height, it depends on your health -- Whether or not you are getting proper nutrients, enough sleep, and exercise. You aren't done growing yet, though. Typically you stop growing, height-wise, by eighteen, sometimes even a few years later. You still have a couple good years of growing to reach that height, so make sure your getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs, especially calcium, iron, and Vitamin D, and at least 8 1/2 hours of sleep every night.

Good luck
Hopefully you will grow a bit taller.
