You can take a valium with just about anything except probably coke or crack or adapex, you know speed drugs. Everything else is alright just dont go out and operate heavy machinery. Oh and know your limitations. Have a good one.
If taking Valerian root by itself has had no negative effect and you're not taking any pharmaceuticals, then more often than not you would be fine taking Valerian w/ Passion Flower. Both are mild relaxants, although Valerian is stronger for most people.
The only possible negative effects would be either from an allergic reaction, which is uncommon, or if you are very sensitive to passion flower. In this case it might make you drowsy (which is probably what you want it for anyway!), or groggy when you wake up.
