What is help to avoid tired when I work on the computer?

Question:
working on computer somehow hard and I get headache

Answers:
Try playing music that keeps you energized, and for your eyes, try turning down the brightness of the screen. Also, if you were glasses or contacts, check your prescription. Try taking breaks, walk to get a cup of water every half hour to let your eyes rest and it will also wake you up!
Have your eyesite checked specifically for computer usage. I have a high frequency of migraine and work on a computer daily. My eye dr. said that you have to take a 5 min. break from looking at the screen every hour.
Computer work is the hardest on your eyes.
Getting tired - basically the same. Working behind a computer can put anyone to sleep. Some things that help is scheduling regular breaks.
Practice proper breathing and always sit with good posture - both feet on the floor. Chi gung exercises very helpful if there is someone that teaches it in your area.
You can put a good environment in your room, fresh air by opening the window to get also more natural light, try to get a more comfortable chair for your back, do excersise to relax your muscles frecuently.
