It is on the national health, haven't you seen the waiting lists, you gotta laugh!
Because laughter is considered a "Natural" remedy/cure which means it can't be patented therefore nobody can make money off of it...that's why it's not talked about it as much as other oral medication.
because not all of us share the same sense of humour!!
