Answers:
If it did I would be totally ripped!
That's what my father says :)
my right arm is stronger from the bottles actually
and you can keep your head strong by smashing the cans into your forehead when youre done!
I would think so.
helps the biceps- totally destroys the abs - BURP!
Or you can just buy dumbells and make your life easier?
Repiition, not weight, is what matters for biceps. Constant repititions of a moderate training weight helps stretch and tone the arms.

I personally use 30lbs for a training weight for seated 2-arm curls and I also do stock and reset work in a grocery store 40+ hours a week. That keeps my biceps tone and sculpted.

Added on with a proper high protein and nutrious diet for mass, you will notice a difference in tone and sculpture.

The key is a diet high in grains to gain healthy mass, protein, and creatine to promote muscle health. Red meats, beans, rice, and fish are good foods to eat when your building more or less than strength training.
Only if its beer cans!
yes i think so.
lol i hope so!
As long as you don't take the tab off it does...

=)
I don't knwo but every time I come out of the shower my right arm seems to be stronger.
As long as you do it for six days straight. NO BRAKES!!
you have better luck developing biceps with steins filled to the brim.
