Is the lacalut toothpaste good?can i put it on my face to get rid of acne?

These toothpastes contain aluminiumlactate,considered to be disinfectant and gum strengthening.
I do not think that would be a good idea to apply toothpaste on face to remove acne. It is better to use tretinoin cream.
