Anyone have any advice on how to calm your nerves and go to sleep. I've taken 3 - 1mg ativan and nothing has happened.
I really need some relief.

i think that exceeds the recommended dosage.well some meds may take up to 2 weeks to work.so take it easy and do not take more than recomemmended!
try to meditate drink no coffee,tea, colas,have a very light dinner,excercice before 2 pm
