No. But think of it like holding your pee. Eventually you will wear down those muscles and you won't be able to. What holding your sneeze does is send that mucous back into your head. It may be uncomfortable but that itself won't hurt you.

Of course you will. But then, you'll also die if you don't. Death is a part of life, albeit the last part. It'll happen to everyone eventually.
Don't be silly, no you won't die. But you need to sneeze to get rid of bacteria and other irritants. If you don't sneeze you are letting it build up and you'll most likely get very ill.
