I dunno what its called but I have that it runs in our family my grandmother and great grandmother both had it too, and by the way nothing short of medical correction helps. I have tried putting something between the two toes while I sleep to correct it it doesn't help so I gave up and if you don't like how it looks I am sorry but dont look at my feet.
