I woke up this morining and for just some reason started thinking about this, i think it was just a coinsadince but when i was on a steroid based inhalor i had the best athletic year of my life...by far! They have no relation do they?

Answers:
They don't have enough steriod in them to systemically change your endurance or capabilities. HOWEVER, maybe you are breathing better and since you are getting more oxygen to your muscles and brain you are doing better?
Probably because you didn't die of asthma.
Flonaise anyone? I think you would have to use a LOT before you start having any of the steroid side affects.
you would have big muscular lungs
NO, but breathing easier will enhance your performance. The reason to have a steroid inhaler is to get the benefit without the side effects.
Surely the levels in the inhaler are nowhere near as much as they would be in taking the pills?

People are only usually prescribed steroid based inhalers when they have severe respiratory problems or to calm asthma attacks.
It's because of some of the enzyme enhancers they put in those to open up your air way. for better performance try.

no. its not the same kind of steroids.
Some may get absorbed but if inhalations are not too frequent and for a long period, it will be negligible.
All steroids do have some negative effect upon the tissues on which they are applied. The inhaled types are touted to not have as adverse effects as topical & oral.
