who would want to be a cop that bad? Are they going to arrest you if you fail the test! What if you were around someone that smoked dupe and it saddled in your hair and it showed positive, you are guilty by association, aren't you!
Maybe the hair sample goes back farther, and the pee sample picks up any current usage. I however think that it is wrong to base people off of their past. We all have made mistakes.
Because urine shows whats been taken (if any thing) within the last couple of days
hey thats a good question, i wasnt aware that hair traced back more, i want to say that hair doesnt give u the results as urine because urine goes through your body so it takes notice if u have took drugs in the past or not.
you can use the urine sample to test what is on your body most recently, but yes the hair samples can test as far back as it took you to grow your hair out that long...so i hope your clean :)

they're not accurate i got away with it twice at school if they say they like brocoli or poppy seeds that could be throwin the result off or they're just lying cuz they know the secret in all reality testing is almost useless...but if they r acting a little strange i would be worried
A urine sample will show if its actually in your system. hair will hold the evidence longer but you can get it in your hair just by being around someone who is doing it, you dont actually have to be doing it yourself. For it to end up in your urine, you would've had to do that yourself. I guess doing both is fool proof.
Urine tests for current use. Different drugs take varied amounts of time to exit the body. Cannabis depending on the amount used can stay in the urinary tract for up to 30 days for heavy users. Hair tests for the time it has taken to grow the hair however I think I may have read that LSD traces stay in hair for many years?
Anyway a test is only an indication and would not stand up without an interview to explain youself if you returned a positive test.
The urine test is the cheaper option and more widely used by employers.
