okay, so i was at a 12g in one night i put in 10's for about 4 hours, went home, and then forced in some 8's. but ever since then my ears have been hurting. i went to bed last night, and i woke up with one full of puss. I don't want to have to start over again, so how do i take care of it? just soap and water? also, i've heard to do a seasalt soak? how do you do this?

When you first insert a new gauge you need to remove it everyday and soak it in peroxide and water. Try cleaning your ear with some peroxide water mix as well then apply triple antibiotic ointment. Do this for about a week if no better then make a trip to your doctor. it sounds like your ear is infected and if these simple tips don't work then you may need some prescription antibiotics to take by mouth.
