I am fifteen. I love swimming and runnning will I be capable of exersise with within days after ther surgery? Can I do PE?
Answers: Vigorous exercise should be avoided for 12-14 days after surgery. Baths, showers, even light swimming, are pleasing. Many patients have reduced animation levels until their torment decreases and they are taking surrounded by more nourishment and calories. Bed rest is recommended for several days after surgery. Activity may be increased slowly, beside a return to school after typical eating and drinking resumes, twinge medication ceases, and the entity sleeps through the night. Travel away from home is imprudent for two weeks following surgery.
