Be careful, there are many sites that will just take your money and either send you nothing or fake meds.
Here is how I decide if an on-line site is valid, it must have
1/ Guarantee on product quality (Country FDA approval)
2/ Guarantee on product delivery
3/ full selection of products
4/ Honest answers (FAQ's, product descriptions)
5/ details on each product's side effects (shows that they are not trying to sell you a product that might not be right for you)
6/ a real street address
7/ 800 number and on-line chat for questions

There are companies in the usa who follow rules and regulations that are there for pharmacy type businesses online.
There is nothing wrong with moving schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs as long as you are doing it with in the laws of the state you are prescribing and fufilling from.
It is the people whom import drugs illegal (From india, costa rica) and either just straight drop ship overseas into the USA or ship in bulk into the usa and then break up the packages and re-distribute them. THAT is illegal.
If you require medical records, doctor consultation over the phone, and follow all the applicable laws of the state you are licensed in you can legaly move schedule 3,4, and 5 drugs.
Percocets or oxycotin, obviously not.
I recommend using online pharmacies based in the EU, US or Canada where there would be some regulations. Pharmacies based in Asia are very cheap but even when they are not a scam there is a high chance that your order will be confiscated.

They will do a free med exam online, so no prescription is required. They both carry around 600 meds so either one or the other should have the med your looking for. I always get my meds in blister packs with the maker such as Glaxo Smith Kline stamped all over the foil side.
