Seek Medical Opinion Online?

My Relative has done an MRI of the right shoulder and would like to get the opinion of a doctor online. I have all the reports, scans, and videos the the MRI ready.
Which website should I visit to submit the details and get an opinion online? I found a website http://www.offshoremd.com/index.php... but I am not sure it is is trustworthy. Can someone who has seeked medical opinion online point me in the right direction.

No reputable doctor would even think about giving a medical opinion online, certainly not without even examining the patient in question. Remember, you can't see the person at the other end- you don't know it's a doctor at all. They don't know you are who you claim to be either, nor if the material you are sending is correct. I don't know why your relative had the tests done, or why they don't trust the doctor who ordered them. But I do know that it is much safer and saner to take the results to a doctor you can physically see. Please don't send private medical data anywhere on the net, to any site. You don't know what will happen with it, who will get it, who will use it. Find a real doctor with credentials you can check out, and references you can get and check.
you wont get med advice online worth too much but you can go to the mayo clinics site it may have answers or links to your answer and questions. I found answers to a weird genetic problem my wife has with her throat there and it helped.
Got any traffic tickets for another cop to look at for you too?
