Is it bad to have a massage and exercise class on the same day?


Question:
Massage is at 12:30, exercise class is at 7:00.

Answers:
you should try to schedual your massages AFTER your exercise. massage often works lactic acid out of your muscles...if you go and exercise after that, its doing no good for your body.
if the exercise one is 7:00am and the massage 12:30 pm it is good = defeats the purpose the other way around
