I wake up thirsty a lot at night, but every time I drink water, my stomach cramps up. Why does it do that?
Answers:
it depends on how you are sleeping. if you are in an awkward position, that's probably why. your stomach will digest, and if the way you're sleeping blocks certain points in your intestines/stomach, it can result in discomfort.
