good Lawd go see a doc! you'll get every diagnosis in the book if you ask that q here! lol
good luck - i hope its nothing serious!
You're probably not getting enough sleep or eating properly.
Go to your doctor if the pain worsens!
Maybe you're getting old too!
Start exercising!
That'll help!
It could be clinical depression. I would also be checked for lupus or chronic fatigue syndrome.
I'm not sure about the joint pain, but the first thing that comes to mind when someone complains of fatigue and "shaky feeling'.. is low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. Have you ever had your blood sugar tested? You'll probably have to see your physician to have that checked. Also.. how long have you had these symptoms? Some times if you've got a bad cause of the flu, it can cause all these (including the joint pain). The best thing you can do is see your primary care physician. At least call and speak to a nurse, and see if they can recommend anything for you. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
Maybe the flu or maybe you should eat some thing or my last guess could it diabetes
