Stinging/tingly inside penis after ejaculation?

After ejaculation I've been getting a stinging/tingly feeling inside my penis (I don't know exactly where though). And I dunno how long it's been going on for. I've had have problems after peeing and my penis would sting really really bad, but I never once had blood or anything pass through (and that's been going on for several years but just went away I guess) ... Also, I do drink alot of water and that's all I drink and I could ask my mom to buy me cranberry juice which seems to clean you out. I don't know though. Please good answers? I really don't want this to be a serious problem and I don't want to go to a doctor : ( ?

PS: I'm 14, male, and a virgin.

What you describe sounds like a bladder or kidney infection. Best to talk to your doctor about this. Because of your age, I know that you don't want to tell your mom too much, so just tell her that you think you have a bladder infection and need to go to the doctor.

Uh - oh ! ! It sounds like you have an ongoing, low grade infection, that seems to come (no pun intended) and go. If left untreated, you could have some MAJOR problems !

If you masturbate in the shower, any residual soap or chlorinated water is likely going to irritate the area around your urethral opening after ejaculation- it's a sensitive area, and you're not going to be able to pinpoint where exactly it stings. The rapid pH (acidity) change from peeing after ejacualation also is going to sting. This is a side effect of the protective mechanism your body uses to flush out your urethra after sex.
Your best bet is to get the cranberry juice, cut back on the masturbation for a few days, and see if this changes. If it does not, it's time to get to an MD.
