Can a bad neck muscle/stiff neck...?


Question:
...cause things that feel similar to enlarged lymph nodes on the sides or ur neck? I sleep on a couch and ive had a bad neck for a long time. and now i started feeling 2 little bumps under my skin on the side of my neck. especially on the part where my bad muscle is.

Answers:
If it was your lymph nodes you would know for sure b/c when they are swollen they hurt like hell and they swell up big like the mumps.
