Pain in left side of head, around temple, behind eye... Advice?

Question:
Basically I've had a lot of strange sensations including pain, tingling, and itching in several spots "inside" my head on the left side, mainly; near the top of the head, near the temple (hurts more when I push on it) and a dull ache behind my left eye.

1) I had my two back bottom molars taken out recently but my wisdom teeth are still in and might have started to move (they had been impacted before).

2) Around the same time, I purchased a laptop and use it quite frequently, resulting in stiff neck and muscle tension.

3) I am also near-sighted with bad vision, so things that are further away appear blurry and I don't wear any type of corrective lenses for this.

4) I am at least 20 lbs overweight and have had high blood pressure in the past but I haven't been checked for diabetes, which a few people in my family have.

5) I have had some sort of sinus problem (possibly dust allergy) for years now. Every morning my nose runs freely and heavily and I have to use several tissues.

Hi Paul!
You’ve certainly brought your health concerns to the right place. The Y!A community members are fully aware of and do appreciate the intimate conditions involving your prognosis. Most recognized doctors in the field of medicine would employ a holistic approach to your ailment.
Paul, please begin your day with a well balanced breakfast to include ample servings of fruits and grains. After your morning routines are finished, enjoy a brisk walk around the block. If you happen to meet any stray dogs along the way, it would be a good idea to antagonize the creatures in order to add some vigor to your workout.
Now Paul, the remaining portions of your day should be filled with interesting activities and new studies to keep your mind active and in balance, complimentary to what you have done with the physical side of yourself.
After loitering around at the public library all afternoon with a bunch of smelly hobos, you can appreciate a warm bath and time to be good to yourself. Begin to collect an archive of various music genres that you can resolve one day to enjoy after you get the rest of your chores done.
Paul, if after following my advice, simply take two aspirin and forget we ever had this little discussion.
Thank you, Paul. Have a great day!

You sound like me, except I'm female and not overweight, just 3 months preganant... a lot is psychological, and due to sinus issues and possibly back/neck problems.. try seeing a chiropractor, and try wearing some generic glasses if you dont want to pay for expensive Rx ones. You really need to see a family practive doctor and see if they can refer you to the specific specialists.
Good luck to you..
I think that you should have a check up from the neck up! No, I am kidding!! Sorry. But really you should see a neurologist as soon as possible. Best of luck to ya! Sounds like optic neuritis. When you have visual problems, it can cause alot of different problems and sensations. These symptoms could be related to alot of different things.
