Probably to a limit. Like any trama to the body, it usually heals itself over time. Your liver has also taken a beating from the alchohol, but I believe it is reversable in the liver, so the brain should reconnect those nuerons that were damaged by the alchohol.
Surely something good will come of it. I belive growth will occur.
No once the damage is done it is permanent all you can do is quit drinking and save your liver.
You can get healing in the damaged nerves, but it takes a very very long time. Brain cells never come back, so ince those are gone thats it!
No but it will help new cells to develop.
