Why is it that when you wake-up you're still tired, even though you slept the amount of hours you're supposed to be sleeping? Anf how can I wake-up without drinking coffee, plus its bad for youre teeth...so yeah. Please help me!

Most people are a bit sluggish in the morning because our blood sugar is low after not eating for such a long stretch of time... That is one of the reasons why breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you're "break"ing your overnight "fast".
Try sipping on a glass of OJ right when you get up, that will get just a little bit of sugar in your system and start getting your metabolism revving. Eat a breakfast with whole grains; good carbs for energy.
