Pot or cigs?
Cigs have nicotine in them and that is HIGHLY addictive. Don't do it, it's not worth it.
D
Yes. Smoking is highly addictive, and soon you will crave it more often and then even more often. There is no level of smoking low enough to escape addiction and all the nasty, unpleasant things that go with it.

I have read that more people can try heroin once and never crave it again than can do the same with cigarettes.
You may start out smoking once a week...then maybe twice a week...then more.30 yrs later like me you will be counting your smoking in packs a day.
well no it probably won't . But why bother?
One of my close friends had never smoked in her life. She had a bad day and someone offered her a cig at work... she took one puff and has not stopped ever since. Nicotin is EXTREMELY addicting and can reel you in with just one puff. I will not go into the dangers... since you insist you understand them. However, if you TRULY understood the health risks, you wouldn't be considering it at all.
Absolutely! Do not play with fire if you don't want to get burned.
My son said, "I only smoke three cigarettes a day. It will be easy for me to quit." He quit five different times before it was finally conquered. Don't put yourself in that position. Smoking is disgusting, it stinks, makes your breath stink, makes your teeth and fingertips yellow or brown, permeates your clothing and hair and the pores of your skin. But the worst damage by far is the damage it does to your lungs. I am the victim of second hand smoke because I lived with my ex-husband for 20 years while he smoked in the house, the car, wherever he was. I have a lung condition called "sarcoidosis" which leaves me with a permanently diminished lung capacity though I, myself, have never smoked. My ex husband carries around his oxygen tank wherever he goes because without it he would not last a week. Please reconsider...why would you want even a little of such a bad thing?
If you have to do something every so often - whether it is once a day or once a week or ten times a day, you are addicted. If you say "well I don't really NEED it" or "I can go longer", then just give it up. You already know why.
YES, if you keep it up you will be somoking all the time
n just 30 days or less, you will quit smoking and blow smoke away, and on your way back to better health... Guaranteed! We guarantee you will quit smoking! If you've ever needed stop smoking aids then what are you waiting for, stop smoking today!
i tell u how its work my frnd use it that y know it .
Every time you smoke a cigarette, each puff introduces a drug called Nicotine into your body (along with hundreds of other toxic chemicals - some even kill insects on contact, and some are used to embalm dead bodies).
Yes you will get addicted, I use to smoke once every two weeks then soon it was up to a pack a week, now nearly a pack a day, so not worth it, highly addictive.
possibly, if you let it! If you are talking about pot then no. But ciggs, yes!! They have nicotine which the body can get highly addicted to. Just stay away from them, there's nothing exciting about them anyway. They smell and taste nasty!
