A vegetarian diet would help. Plenty of fruit and vegies and bread, cereals and muesli and pasta, potatoes and nuts.
Red meat is the worst. White meat is not quite as bad but fish is much better. Red meat is one of the major causes of colon cancer.
The Pritikin diet or a Mediterranean type diet would be OK.
eat as much food as u can... then eventually youll feel lyk u wanna poop.. then u will.. for sure.. cause there would be no space in your stomach for the other food that u ate

bananas increase constipation.take plenty of water.atleast 10/12 glasses daily.take high fiber diet.take atleast 2 tbs of Ispaghol with water or yoghurt daily in morning.taking a tsp of flax seeds also helps.stand straight ,feet apart, bend a little ,put your hands on knees and while inhaling push your stomach in and out several times.this excercise is best for this conditions .if done regularly only this will help u a lot.

I used to have this problem. I got on natures sunshine Every bodys FIber. You take 2 scoops a day for a week and mix it in with your smoothy after the first week drop down to 1 scoop day to keep your regular.

Mirlax! it works wonders! It's a powder but have no texture or taste and can be mixed in anything! It used to be only by rx, but a few months ago they made it OTC. It may take a full day to kick in, but it won't give you cramps or anything. It's great!
