What is the correct type/name of a DOCTOR who can diagnose & correct spinal/neck pain??

I'm only interested in DOCTORS, not alternative medicines and the like, for TROUBLESHOOTING & FIXING my wife's symptoms.

Am looking for COMPETENT, QUALIFIED, TENACIOUS DOCTOR(S) who can see a problem to full solution. But I need to know what type of doctor to seek.
