Well... I think you should use a lubricant, like soap. Try to slip it out. If that doesn't work, try, VERY CAREFULLY, to break the bottle.
By the way, clinics deal with even wilder things than this on a daily basis, so don't be embarrassed. I'd rather have an embarrassing memory than my penis only being a memory!

Give me a break. Once you go flaccid, it will come right out. Break the bottle otherwise. What are you on? Viagra?
If you can fit anything in the side of it, try pushing a small straw past it inside the bottle (a mini-straw that stirs coffee should be fine)... it'll put some more air into the bottle which should make it easier to get out.
If it won't fit easily, push your penis in a little further. Yes, that sounds stupid, but it's thickest at both ends, and there's more loose skin in the middle. that should let you push a straw through easier. Good luck.
Well, if you were using it for entertainment purposes, then just watch 5 minutes of The View. However, if the tightness is causing blood to be trapped in the distal regions, you may need some soap (or lube, if you have that handy).
Ice can also greatly help with shrinkage. Any guy here knows what I mean.
Or you can carefully break the glass. But be prepared to treat small lacerations.

DO NOT use a knife and DO NOT break the bottle. Keep your hands as dry as possible before attempting to remove the bottle to prevent slippage.
If you can manage to get some type of lubricant between the bottle and the skin of your shaft then slowly work the lube all the way around. I recommend vegetable oil, olive oil or vaseline. You'll want to use something like these that wont dry up to quickly.
You may have to use a small object to apply the lube such as a Q-tip or some other slender object that is not sharp or rough or fragile.
After lubing the area, try your best to calm your nerves as much as possible and try to relax.
Once you have calmed down enough, slowly begin to pull your penis out of the bottle little by little. You may even need to rotate the bottle left and right a bit.
I've been in a similar situation to this and I know how your heart is pounding right now. Praying helps too.
If you still can't remove it after this, you'll just have to swallow your pride and go to the emergeny room because a damaged ego is a LOT more prefferable than a damaged penis!
