Do 7th grade shots hurt?

Question:
im getting my 7th grade shots today.. three of them. i think one of them is tetnus or something.. im really nervous. do they hurt? eek thanks~<3

Answers:
Oh my Gawd YES they are Extremely painful the size of the needles used are the thickness of No. 2 lead pencils! Not! There may be a little discomfort with the tetanus shot and your arm may feel a little sore for a day or two but that will go away. There is nothing to fear. Before you know it they will be all done and you will be back to being yourself.
mm lets see u get a needle shoved in ur skin. its not rocket science
Anything that goes inside your body hurts
.all shots hurt.. sad but true...

.they kinda sting..

.just sit tight and think of something nice for a little moment.
don't b a whimp>.<.take it like a man=P.jp,but no,they don't=P
no, you are a big girl now just take it and be done with it
Yes they hurt real bad, and it burns when it is going in.
Will hurt for a week...
depends on who you are id imagine i mean i like shots, but 7th grade was also a long time ago but as far as i can remember its just like any other shot a pinch
idk i hav to get them in 9 days i hear that they do hurt super bad from some people and they dont hurt from other people just dont worry be happy
im going to 8th grade seventh grade shots doesnt hurt it sting just a little
No they don't hurt. They are just uncomfortable for a little while.
i dont know maybe im going into seventh grade too so while your there just think of something funny
of course! - just take some advil or motrin a half hour before you get the shot and it'll help ease up the pain.
Its the 8th grade ones that are the killers, you got a year, don't worry.
i got sixth grade shots, they dont hurt
i worried to much, then it waz nothing, dont worry
I actually like the sensation of the needle, going to 7th grade as well. MY other friends who got it said it wasnt terrible but wasn't great either, i guess im just weird.
all shots hurt but theres 1 that hurts the most i forgot the name. dont worry. it doesnt hurt too bad. your arm will just be a little sore for a day or two.
nope not tht much!

your arm might get soar and start hurting a little but its ok ..you'll be fine =]

Good Luck <33
no its feels like you have a small cramp in your arm i already got those shots in may
only for a second and the tetanus will actually make your arm sore for about 3 days, almost as if you bruised it. ask your doc if you can take ibuprofen for the soreness and its won't be a problem. just remember you won't be the only one with a sore arm all your friends will be right there with you.
hurts less than bee sting dont listen to half these people some just cant handle pain well or just dont have much tolerance most are trying to scare you
it depends. i got mine about 5 months ago.it depends on the doctor. some docters keep it in to long, and some keep it in for to short. if your docter keeps it in for the the right amount of time, and puts a bandaid on it right after, it wont hurt.
Do not worry dear. Just do not pay much attention at the needle during that time.. It wont hurt...
The tetanus shot doesn't hurt that much, but I found as I get older, I tend to get a longer lasting reaction. For instance, it swells and there is a hard lump. I don't sleep on that side, which is annoying because that is the side I usually sleep on. Anyway, it's annoying, but once every 8-10 years isn't too bad and most people don't get that anyway. Promise yourself a treat afterwards. It helps.
Trust me they don't!I had a shot(three of them) couple of months ago.you'll fell just a little twit when the needle gets through the skin!Good luck!
If its for tetnus then its only 1 shot the DPT shot that covers 3 diseases and some people think it hurts but you don't feel the needle and it only hurts after the shot but not bad it will just feel a little sore because it is so thick. I had to get the shot around my b-day back in January as a 9th grade booster.

good luck and think of it this way my sister has to go to the dentist today...at least you're not her.
Don't worry, I just got mine. The more you think about it, the more you think it will hurt. Little kids don't like them because they have a lower pain tolerance, The truth is, falling down and scraping our knee hurts more. Trust me on this, it only stings A TINY BIT for a few seconds. Tetanus doesn't hurt more than a regular shot, it's just a little sore afterwards. If you move your arm after you get it a little bit for a little while, the soreness goes away fast. I had to get 5 in one day, and Then three months from now I am getting another one. (The bad part is for me, I didn't know I was getting them and we were there when I found out. I was terrified of shots, but Im not now)

You'll do fine!
Kate
it hurts as much as usual but after somany shots you should be use to it
Totally depends on what you can handle..It shouldnt hurt to bad anyways
