Dusty45,your body is probably dehydrated,so i assume you go see a doctor and drink a lot of water,about 2L a day and eat a lot fruits to give the body some nutrients.
Try to avoid wearing clothes that are too tide on your shoulders(bras,tops and bags that are heavy on shoulders)these items couse headaches,
It sounds like dehydrated (dark urine) and the flu or just a major lack of sleep.
a lot of people have been sick from the heat so maybe thats the problem but you really need to go to the doctor

sound like dehydration to me to, I'd add that if you are usinga lot of caffine ( coffee/ soda/ energy drinks) that may be adding to theproblem
Sounds like dehydration to me. Drink 16-24 oz of water, eat a light snack (cheese & crackers, 1/2 a turkey sandwich) & see how you feel in 1 hour. If you still have these symptoms, get to a doctor. You could have an infection.
sounds like sepsia to me, it's an infection that starts in the blood. makes urine dark and fever is present.
