Planned Parenthood is a wonderful family planning facility. They will help you with eveything you need and will not let you leave if you are unsure of anything - they take the time and answer all of your questions.
Negative: all the protestors they have outside during procedure days. Just keep walking, they normally leave you alone.
Adagio Health is another great family planning facility if you live in northwest pa.
