Fat????


Question:
Ok im not fat or anything..im about 5'8 and i weigh 115.
but i dont have a flat stomach..like i have fat right under my abs. i hate it and i want a flat stomach, how can i lose the tummy fat?

The ONLY way to lose stomach fat is by changing your diet. You can do all the crunches you want, and all it will do is tone the muscles beneath the fat. Start eating healthier, fewer calories, and it will start to disappear.
Sit ups and curl ups, or buy a 6$ workout video.
20 minutes of hardcore running.. i have the same problem- althoug i weight 20 lbs mmore than u. and when i run there is a differencs (of course you have to do crunches- about 200/day- 50 reps 4 sets- each set is a different crunch)
It may be malnutrition, it sounds like your way under weight and malnutrition usually goes along wit that, malnutrition causes a poofy tummy, if thats not it do crunches an eat healthy
exercise and eat right
do sit ups and crunches and other stomach exercises
