I get itchy when i work out...?

Question:
I went running today, and i wasnt tired or anything. But i was INCREDIBLE itchy. It was more around the places where I had no clothing. I have to stop, and i dont want to, but its so iritating! Any ideas what this could be caused from? And if so, how do i get it to stop?

Answers:
Often, this is just a result of blood vessels dilating. Body heat rises when you exercise and your body will dissipate heat by dilating blood vessels closer to the skin's surface. This can result in itchy sensations. I have found that this will usually go away on once you adapt to your exercise routine a little.
this is just a result of blood vessels dilating.or it can also be you got fleas.and it can be cause you sweat alot causing itchiness and irration.
the most comon reason for your problem is cause by the drying of salt when you sweat ...it is combined with an oil then ejected with a water base and the water base dries up and leaves you with the salt and oil behind ! the only way to be able to take care of this problem is to keep a wet towel with you and rinse off the sweat (oil, and salt) . that should help
