if someone is on 250 mg keflex and they are sick with a kidney or bladder infection and sick to the tummy.if they are only getting down about 1/2 of the amt 3 or 4 times a day will they still get cured?will the infection still go away.they are prb only getting 150 mg 2 or 3 times aday.

They might get cured but it will take longer. Try to keep the dose as even as possible because that doesn't give the bacteria time to start growing again.
Ask your doctor for anti-nausea medication. Or buy some over the counter at your local drugstore.
