I couldnt tell you but if it was a welt it woulda went away by now...Put some anti biotic on it...or some Aloe and see what happens
strech marks did you lose weght or are ya a bigger person?
Are they protruding red lines or indented?
Do they have a pattern?
Were you wearing anything with a tight waistband?
Are they extremely narrow long lines or are they wide?
Much depends on what they look like. Do you have a photo of them that you could post?
If you don't wear anything with a tight waistband regularly by tight it will constrict and feel uncomfortable. Leaving red marks on you from the constriction.
If this isn't the case then perhaps you should see your doctor it could be blood poisoning. Although blood poisoning lines normally run vertical.
