Can i loose 10 pounds in 20 days or less?

im 14 and 5'4ish and 120 pounds i dont care if its not that healthy

Don't aim to lose more than 3.5 pounds a week - or else your body will go into a starvation mode and you'll gain the weight back within a couple weeks.

but, you're still young - don't worry about it that much.
you probably can if u starve yourself c but most of is all going to be water weight and ur just going to gain it all back when u eat again. Ur only supposed to lose 2 pounds a week (max.) so if u wanna lose 10 pounds the healthy way itll take 5 weeks... U might be able to lose 3 pounds a week also lol but its not that healthy neither
you could but you would risk your health and well-being... Dietitians recommend an average of 2 pounds a week. please don't starve yourself because your body will go into survival mode and when you DO start eating again you will gain back the pounds plus a few more... You are healthy right now! but if you still want to exercise and stick to healthy foods... I don't recommend it
You sound like you are just right. Why do you want to lose weight ?

If you wanted to get toned try doing aerobics or use light weights.
