Am I bipolar?
Question:
Answers:
Bipolas disorder doesn't usually switch that fast or that often. More likely you a. are actually depressed and the"hyper"times are simply an over reaction to the sad times,
b. have a hormonal imbalance or
c. overly stressed (wedding plans, school or work etc)
I would go get evaluated by a professional. You don't want to let this continue especially if it can be treated. Good luck!
You might be bi polar
To find the right answer, you should take a day off and think. OR... do what I do...get yourself a fortune cookie and over analyze it...that way you can twist any words into "yeah your doing great"
You could have borderline personality disorder.
I wouldn't say it's bipolar disorder. With bipolar, you are looking at extreme highs and lows which are usually longer intervals, such as weeks to months. The behavior is really different, as during your "high" period, also known as manic, you can become overly sexual or promiscuous, spend excess amounts of money, have too much energy and have no need for sleep, become very arrogant, talk a mile a minute, and feel untouchable. you may find yourself taking very high risk that you normally would not take. Then, there is the "low" period, also known as the depressive. Here, you loose interest, become suicidal, need too much sleep, become lethargic, etc.
It sounds like you may just have depression with a mild mood disorder. I would go to the doctor and talk to them about the mood changes, depression, etc. They will be able to diagnose you and tell you which path you need to take to feel better.
Maybe it would be a good idea to see your doctor tell him/her what the problems you are suffering from and they would be able to tell you wether or not if your suffering from Bi-polar
It could be something as simle as your blood sugar levels.Try reading up on Hypoglycemia and the symptoms and see if you relate. If you do, you will be able to control your moods through your food.
