it depends on what exercise u does if you do stuff like weight lifting it might increased your muscle too much and you will look big<==like fat looking but if you do abs thats just fine cause it that just replace your fats with abs!just try jogging for 15-30 minutes and try to do more aerobic exercises !oh and eat more fruits and vegetables
