Is it true that prenatal vitamins help your hair grow??

Question:

Answers:
Many prenatal vitamins can. Typically, they are high in B Vitamins, and some of the B Vitamins are very good for hair, skin, and nails (especially Biotin).

If you want to help your hair without the rest of the multi, you can get a B Complex (most people are happy with a B-50) or just straight Biotin.
Malarkey, if this were true, this would be a miracle for bald people and people with thinning hair.
I am not sure about prenatal vitamins making your hair grow, but I do know that eating jello helps promote hair growth.
I don't know, but I don't even think you need vitamins to help you hair grow during pregnancy. Every scientific version i've heard, and every personal experience i've heard about all say the same thing:

Your hair and skin are actually at optimal health and beauty when you are pregnant, b/c your body is holding in as much nutrients and vitamins, ans minerals it can to protect and nourish the baby. So woman usually report their hair being shiny, thicker and longer when they are pregnant, and their skin shining bright! Hope this helps! : )
I am not saying they are going to make a bald guy all of a sudden furry, but prenatals are great for a woman because of the high dose of vitamins. They do speed up hair and nail growth.
If you do decide to try them, the iron levels may make you a little sick to your stomach. Take them right before bed.
I took them during my pregnancy and they helped my hair and nails grow.
