drink lots of water, apples help, and clean your teeth and listerine!
IT IS CALLED A MINT!
You are 14 and you are growing up. Your body need foods. If you don't eat the gas will eventually come out and it smells.

My advise is eat a lot of fruits and vegesand lots of fibre. Because it helps minimize the smell or get rid of it---only doctor could explain scientifically---but it worked for me before.

No toothpaste could help you better...(but of course you should brush your teeth everyday, and perhaps after meal should even better)
Bad breath is caused, in general, by 2 things. Bad gums, which I doubt in your case or from the stomach. Go see a pharmacist. They have something against that and furthermore, if it needs a Dr he will tell you.
breath mint :D
Your stomach acids will make your breath smell bad if you dont eat. Try eating a meal or a snack, and then your bad breath should go away.
acid reflux is 50% of the bad breath issues, take some anti acid over the counter chewabales.
bad breath has many causes, not only on the mouth. Sometimes it can be a sign of sickness as well. If you are very worried, asking your doctor about it can help you secure the right treatment for it. Knowing what causes it can rally help find the cure for bad breath. Nonetheless, bad breath should not taken lightly.
