Do you not conjecture condoms should be free anyway? See below..?
What do you think? I know that you can carry them free from your family planning clinics and doctors, but some may only just be too embarrassed, especially if they're childlike. Other forms of contraception are free, don't you agree that condoms, as the most widely used contraception, should be free at all times as very well? What are your thoughts? I'm interested in adjectives opinions.
Answers: Difficult one. If they're free - where on earth from?
Should there be any control over who get them? Would young individuals be more likely to experiment sexually if they could lay their hand on condoms readily?
Why should they be free? If I need drug to keep me hygienic I have to earnings for it - and after all sex is not compulsory - but for example an inhaler for asthma is not an option.
My personal picture.... anything that will cut down the incidence of STD's and unwanted pregnancies is a good article - but making condoms freely available without any controls or coaching may not achieve this. After adjectives if you're too young or confused to ask for condoms - you're perhaps too immature or immature to be using them..
