Is it okay to have one Red Bull a day?

Question:
I'm a student and wake up at 3am every week day morning to study, but I'm not at my best at that time. But after a red bull I find that I can concentrate, even for just a few hours.

Is this ok? One Red bull every morning?

Answers:
It is not healthy for you to rely on Red Bull for energy. You're pretty much running off of fake energy and caffeine can become addictive.

Try to get some sleep, and if you want gradually take yourself off the red bull and eat some carbs and fruit instead.
dont see why not
why not, if it wasnt safe they wouldnt be able to sell them in stores to anyone
Hmm, all that caffine is not good for you, especially red bulls, those are the worst for a person, its going to kill your heart one day. If you need energy I would say take a cold shower, drink some coffee or if your sticking to the soda some Mountain Dew Vault
You'd be much better off having a cup or two of green tea (I highly suggest Jasmine green tea) every day. Green tea not only has caffeine, but it also has a sedative in it that balances out the caffeine, so you don't get jittery and anxious.
red bull have so much caffeine, so getting used to drink it daily will cause u a problem cause it will deprive u from ur sufficient daily sleep hours and believe me it it very harmful to ur brain , besides if u have a history of heart or blood pressure problems it is very dangerous to keep drinking them in such level.
