Please help me! stomach cramps! if dont help then i wont be able to sleep all night!!?


Question:
so i have these stomach cramps..its bcuz i was jumping on the trampoline alot today so its a normal stomach cramps but it hurts like freaking hell... so please show me the best way to stop it..
please no medications or anything like that... if u dont help then i wont be able to sleep at all tonight.. please its hurts really bad...
should i walk till it stops hurting or wat? plz help

Is the pain more severe either in the right or left lower abdomen- or groin area? I ask because you may have pulled an inguinal muscle and/or tore it to cause an inguinal hernia...do you feel any bulge? If all of the above is no..then you just over used your abdominal muscles and a good hot shower should do it...but you're throwing me off by saying "stomach cramps" ---your stomach is in your left upper quadrant and more toward the middle right below your sternum---if your pain is up there--get to the ER and I don't care how old you are, you can be having a heart problem.
Get a heating pad and crap!
Go to the hospital right now. It could be appendicitis.

If it ruptures, you could easily die.
lay down and have something that soothes your stomach like ice cream or soup or somehting...anything that makes you stomach settle but before you do that stretch out your stomach muscles...hope it works for you...
soak in a hot tub.
put a warm pack wear it hurts, lay down, and watch a movie until you fall asleep.

Try a warm shower then stretching the muscles out, some Tylonol PM for pain and sleep. Try to relax best you can
vernors and ginger snaps.if that dont work break your finger beleive me your stomach will stop hurting
P: stop jumping on the trampoline... OR/AND if you can get your hands on some icyhot that works really goood BUT you said no medication so..

The rule for strains and sprains is ice it for 15 mins then off 15 then start over, for the first 48 hours then use heat. If it doesn't help try Aleve(i know you said no meds but it works, take 2). Good luck!
first dont panic, ly on your back with your knees up to see if there is any gas. then if there isnt take deep breaths and calm down.

If you don't want to sleep tonight, don't take any medications. It'll hurt quite a bit.

I recommend starting with Tylenol, 2 extra-strength tablets (1000 mg). If that doesn't help within an hour, take 4 tablets of ibuprofen (800 mg). It's okay to take both together.

You can repeat the Tylenol every 6 hours, and the ibuprofen every 8 hours. If neither gives you relief, you'll have to get some stronger medication.

You've hurt your muscles - no amount of exercise or stretching is going to make it better immediately. Use medication to make yourself feel better and in a couple of days you'll be fine.

Don't overdo it on the medication.
I suggest you use a heating pad for the pain, why no medications? If you decide to break down and take something take advil or any other type of ibuprofen. I hope that this was helpful.

if it's like leg cramp: arch your body the opposite way
if it's gas: fart
if it's belly ache: make circles with the tips of your fingers around and around your belly button... it's better if you have someone else do this
if it's at the bottom right side of your belly: it's your appendix> in this case go to the emergency room
I think you should go to the emergency room and be examine by a doctor.
