Ive been drinking SO much water(been in marocco this whole month)?and my ance went away, is water the reason?

Question:
ITS HOT THERE! (like 90-100 degrees everyday, and in the 80's at night!)
Like ive been drinking 2 cups of water with anything i eat (mostly because i dont like their juice) and i drink about 3 small bottles in between food...thats a LOT of water. So my really bad acne has totally gone away. But i came back to america and its not that hot and i dont drink as much as water..if i stop drinking that much will my acne come back?

p.s: how can i continue drinking that much water when its colder in america?

Answers:
You have to condition yourself to drink water. One good way is to use a measuring cup and drink water like you have to take it. Like it's medicine. Stand by the watercooler, sink ect... and drink two cups and do this say every two/three hours until you get in the desired amount of water. I'm like you. I don't drink water when it's cooler out so I have to force myself to get in my water. Yes, your acne will come back when you don't drink enough water.
You should always drink beyond your thirst. Water is the most important component in your body. You have been getting the correct amount of water and that is why your skin is clearing up.

I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.
