Can your own snoring wake you up at night?

Question:
just wondering...lol.

Answers:
Yes, it happens to me quite often.

However, I'm still puzzled.

It could be the snoring that wakes me or it could be the lack of oxygen to the body that snaps me awake.

Either way I can remember hearing the snore just when I wake up.
heck yes
Yes. My husband wakes himself up quite often with his own snoring.
Needless to say he wakes me up too.
Love him anyway.
Yes definitely! And the whole act of snoring means that you're not breathing properly so some people wake up from extreme forms of that (needing to breathe).
